FUNDINAH

The International Foundation for Humanitarian Assistance was established in the United
States on July 15, 2021 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity.

According to the World Health Organization, Nearly 50% of adults suffer from a mental disorder at some point in their lives. More than half of these people experience severe or moderate symptoms.

Likewise, about half of the adult U.S. population will have obesity and about a quarter will have severe obesity by 2030, according to a new study led by Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. There are multiple studies correlating the effects of exercise on mental health.

In light of these shocking statistics, FUNDINAH is here to offer a solution by getting to the root causewith our Be Well and Live well program. On September 8, 2023, we are launching the Be Well program alongside our Live Well program with a focus on physical health in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Our program, Be well, is a program that offers assistance to all people affected by mental and emotional health, with professionals in the area of psychology and psychiatry at low cost. Live well is our program that focuses on physical health by offering daily Zumba classes, HIT workout, and nutrition educational classes to all at significant low cost, but primarily focusing on low income families among the Latinx
community. We believe that in order to Live Well, you need to Be Well.
